Activate your UCard (step-by-step)
Before you start: have your 17-digit card number (printed under the barcode on back of card) and personal info that matches your member record.

activate.uhc.com. If your card mentions CareFlex, use the CareFlex activation URL shown on the card materials. -

Type the full card number exactly as printed. Double-check digits — mistakes will prevent activation.
